- Both brakes dragging: Check!
- Replace downtube with banjo string: Check!

- Fill tires with mercury: Check!
- Hard plastic BMX saddle: Check!
- 160mm left crank, 180mm right crank: Check!
Now if I can only get this 80mm, -30 degree stem on, we'll have about a 14" saddle-to-bar drop.
