I like Accelerade (sp?). It tastes pretty good and is easy to make. After I ride for 50+ miles, if i don't get something like that into my system, I feel mentally drained, and kind feel a weird sense of depression.
Have you tried 60-70 miles a day for 5 days a week without a "recovery drink" and with a "recovery drink" for comparison purposes?
