+1 for chocolate milk... but only after sizeable efforts... 60+ miles. Otherwise, its just a bunch of sugar in your system making you fat.

I guzzle down a huge glass, and then I mix up a glass of vanilla spirutein (protein powder) with more milk and a handful of frozen berries... it tastes great, though it makes you fart like a banshee
