+1 on the Ultimate stand. Don't be like me and wait 25 years to buy a repair stand .

You want something more stable than the PRS-13 or this one? That thing looks pretty darn stable. I don't think foldable stands will be as sturdy as that is. I say that because the PRS-13 looks like it more stable on the vertical. I never tried a PRS-13 so it is only a guess. The foldable will definitely store easier though.

Performance makes a knockoff of the Ultimates. I don't know their prices though. People seem to like Park and Ultimate in the higher end. Some are taking to the "euro style" stands. I think they are going for more than your budget though. If you can push a little more I can recommend the Ultimate Pro. Nicer clamp than the consumer. You won't break it and Ultimate has great customer support from what others have posted. In a year or two you won't even remember you spent and extra $50 on it. Heck in 20 years, you'll wonder why you bothered to think about it. Although, I understand if the budget is the budget.

If you have a dedicated space, this is a good option. A very nice clamp. There is a less expensive consumer version also. Cost of these, I know not.

Good Luck. Post back with what you decide on.
