Bikes: Tiemeyer Road Bike & Ridley Domicles

I just bought a 2006 toumalet for my son about 2.5 weeks ago.
A 55cm with
105 10 speed full shimano equipment
Bontrager Aluminum drop bars
Cane Creek head set
Bontrager Stem
Bontrager Carbon seat post
Bontrager wheels.
Bontrager crank 172.5

metallic type grey silver with white type panels and black lettering denoting Lemond.

My son has just started riding and is doing about 17-20 miles per ride about 2-3 days a week now.
Seems to really enjoy the bike. His only complaint was that it seemed harder to pedal or push the gears, it has a 12-23 cassette
Since he had been riding my Trek Madone with a 12-25 I pointed this out and probably the weight difference is about 2.5 to 3 # compared to my madone
the Lemond weights in around 19 #,it could become somewhat lighter with a change in the wheels, crank and brifters. {sti shifters}
he says it is a lot stiffer than the trek but really more comfortable do to the slightly longer top tube.
