There is no accepted meaning of "inseam". About half the guys seem to think "inseam" refers to the size of their slacks, about half think it is leg length from the floor to the crotch of their slacks, and a tiny 1% or so use the Rivendell "inseam" of floor to the public bone.
I'm about 5'9 1/2 inches tall, wear slacks with a 32 inch inseam, have a leg length of 34 inches to the crotch and 34 1/2 inches to the pubic bone. My saddle height is 29 1/4 inches, from the center of the bottom bracket bolt, along the center of the seat tube, up to the top of the saddle.
