I can't speak for the Regis, but my Sagres is a decent bike. Mine is Valite steel and doesn't feel at all tanklike.

I keep coming up with Schwinn LeTours and Travelers along with a sprinkling of Fujis and Nishikis. They're sound workhorses that ride well. Sniff... I just find myself wanting something a bit more exotic.
