Although the OP only asked for the saddle height to spindle, longer cranks normally mean lowering the saddle some. Type of pedal and cleats also determine ideal saddle height too. Also the material of the saddle would also have a bearing - hard as opposed to soft. Therefore it's a pretty useless poll.
