Do bendy tubes change bike characteristics? It seems that the seat tubes allow you to have a shorter wheelbase, but do hetchinsesque bowed seat stays and curly chainstays make a difference? Do tubing companies make tubes like these, or do you have to bend them maually with a pipe bender?
