Perfect week last week. Can it be done again this week?

There have been bike cops on the Manhattan bridge almost every afternoon, once in a enclosed scooter in the AM. I saw three bike cops one afternoon last week. Not one wearing a helmet. I rode through the deulge last wednesday. Felt like I was swimming.
