No bike couriers that I've seen or heard of. The city is so small that walking is probably more efficient in Central most of the time. Also the fact that its quite hilly and a general lack of cycling lanes/knowledge makes for an interesting town. The MTR kicks the TTCs butt though, no competition what so ever
