I'm looking into a 2006 Poprad Disc (not to start the whole debate on disc 'cross bikes), but I'm also going to be using it as my commuter. I am seeking knowledge on fender and pannier rack compatability. I imagine it's possible, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience/warnings.

Also it looks like the disc version doesn't have in-line brake levers as the canti version does. Please tell me it ain't so!
