My guess is that on something like this they may use the "Nationally advertised price" bit to avoid a match..

If they'd take a quote from BergenDigital, say $290 and pop 20% off that, well..it would be $232. At that price, it's worth buying as many as you can and sell them on ebay for $260. I'm thinking they won't match on this item...I hope someone can prove me wrong though.
