Hi Everyone,


I am totally new to the cycling world and was wondering if any of the So Cal people here know of a good LBS in San Diego (preferably North County) that is nice to newbies like myself.

I am looking to buy my first road bike and have been reading tons of information on this site and now think I know a little bit and want to see the bikes in person and talk to a knowledgable person.

I live in Encinitas and have been told Nytro is awesome but it appears they cater to high end people. Any other suggestions?


As an aside what does everyone think of the entry level Scott bikes?
