Really noticed the change in the light this morning. I left a little early today, or more accurately, the time I always plan to leave but don't ever make because I don't have my act together.

It was a bit breezy on the American River this morning. Lots of people who looked like they were training, lots of people who looked like they were commuting, and a few like me who looked like they were doing both at the same time.
