last summer i started to bike to lose weight. i started in july and biked just about everyday till october when i started to get too cold to bike.
I lost about 30 lbs in that time along with dieting. I want from a size 40 waist to a 36. During the winter months, i gained some back b/c it was a hard transition b/w biking and going to the gym. i must have gained back at least 10.
I now work out 5 days a week doing cardio. I have been able to keep my weight btw 190-195 for the last 8 months. Im trying to lose more but i guess dorm food gets to me. I still eat like crap, but i havent gone over 195 since january.
