What is he going to do, force you to crash into him? just make sure you take out as many windows and body sections as possible when you hit the car. Sometimes the police have to do a sting to put criminals behind bars. You're not going to stop the bad drivers unless they are drawn out. Imagine how sweet being an under-cover bike cop would be. Full impunity to traffic rules and if anyone drives around you dangerously you sprint after them, slap your badge on their window and throw the book at them. Consider it the same as prostitution stings but with bikes and bad drivers.
