Thanks for the insights guys. I'm probably going to go for the eggbeaters. Either the C or SL ones and get the premium cleats.

However, the SL versions have to be installed via an 8mm hex, which might pose a problem. I dunno if they're worth the price because of that. I think the C versions can be installed either the standard 15mm wrench or the 8mm hex way.
