Yes! beer! i´ve been drinking red wine for a month, i need some quality beer. the argentines do lots of great things but beer ain´t one of them.
a while ago we had a string of posts about favourite steaks; for those of you who are planning on a vacation and love the dead cow, i highly recommend argentina as it is all meat all the time. my favourite dish i´ve seen thus far is sirloin steak topped with a fried egg. or perhaps french fries topped with scrambled eggs and ham (which is now currently being carried by me where my muscles used to be).
