i see dozens of bicyclists daily on my bicycle commutes, and (tongue in cheek for this) SHOCKINGLY, not all of them are in velo lanes.
most even seem capable of riding streets that have no accomodations. wowsers, eh?
but the vigorous, yet incomplete and imperfect system that Seattle has in place encourages a lot of bicyclists to get out there and RIDE!
(we need more signage and PSAs and better traffic enforcement, just like many cities. And more veloaccomodations.)
