The real problem with these hubs was that they did not tighten the cog and lockring from the factory. Mechs at LBS's are just pulling the bikes from the box and not checking them for proper tightness. I got new rear wheels for all the Fuji's I brought in this year. I have told all my customers that if they have any probs with the rear hub to bring it in for replacement. I havnt had to replace a single one yet. Mostly because I tighten that s#!t from the start.
