i've only been road riding for two years now, been mountain biking since, well since like 5 or 6??

back in the day, i used to think roadies were a bunch of obsesive compulsive nutcases with a fashion problem that didn't know what real fun was all about. well, sometimes i still think that, but sometimes i dress up in my roady outfit and admit being one myself....

since riding road i've been having a blast, riding more than ever and i owe allot to my road bike for contributing greatly to my recent climbing success.

i will also say, almost every time i head out and ride my bike i'm astonished at the efficiancy and speed of the thing. steady crusing unwinded on flat ground in excess of 20mph for miles on end is just plan fking cool.
