DO NOT BUY Nashbar ATB clipless pedals.

Either they suck, or they aren't actually SPD compatible even though they look like it.
Using SPD cleats you can clip in, but you can't clip out. Easily anyway. Even with the tension set all the way loose, I've fallen twice and nearly fallen I don't know how many times when I was barely able to get my foot out in time.
I have never had a single problem with my other bike, which has Performance Campus pedals which are SPD on one side.
