Bikes: o5 Specilized roubaix Comp, 06 Tequilo

At least one stationary training session a week usually in a group with coach at lbs. Can work some drills on the trainer much better than out in the street. Also warm up un trainer before races. Also spin out on trainer after races. Sometimes do a recovery session on Mondays after a brutal weekend because I suck at recovery riding on the street. All the rest of the week if there is light I ride on the street/road.
