so far this summer alone i've ripped through two bell floor pumps from kmart. i'm tired of never getting up to pressure, i'm tired of my pump letting more air out than it puts in, and i'm tired of having pumps break at extremely inconvinient times.

what's a good quality, inexpensive floor pump. i'm thinking something in the twenty to thirty bone price range.
