I second that- I used to love going through the magazine from cover to cover. But over time, the subject matter definitely changed, and that turned me off big time. Almost nothing about roadies like they used to have... it was mostly mountain biking and stuff like that. So if you're all for the mtb, it's good for you!
Well I'm also into mountain biking but the problem is that the magazine is pretty pricey for what you get these days. I mean $5.95 (okay, I could subscribe I guess but still...) for mostly ads and not enough articles about either road or mountain biking. every once in a while I'll see something covered in depth and then I'll actually buy an issue. Unfortunately a lot of other mags aren't much better. I agree that VeloNews is pretty decent however.
