jschen, great outline of your cross-country travels. You passed near my current house on US-20. I'm about right where it stops being 4 lanes and becomes 2-lane rural about halfway from Chicago to Rockford.

And an FYI on that jersey... Yeah, it's too cool no matter which one you all come up with. A few of us in what got dubbed the BFNIC (Bike Forums Northern Illinois Chapter) have been working on a jersey of our own. Unfortunately, it's not as striking as chimivee's MIG red-star, but once we get a mock-up done in a month or so, I'll be glad to share it with you all (If I can get Psimet2001 off his duff to complete the artwork, that is!.... )
