this summer i rode from philly to p-burgh in 3 days (190-100-100).
next summer i hope to do at least 1 (maybe more) 100 mile organized mountainbike rides.

the only training i get (other than the very occasional long weekend ride) is commuting. riding 25-30 miles everyday makes you strong. this winter to up the training i plan to ride fixed-gear this winter as much as possible to get even stronger (and i will run occasionally and do my newest routine involving 50 situps a day)...
