Yeah, I just about ran down a couple of kids the other day that obliviously decided to run a stop sign in front of me. Fortunately, I did not have much speed on and was able to dodge. I also scared a bunch of kids who decided to rejoin street traffic without looking from the left sidewalk right in front of me. I was in the middle of attacking a small climb at the time and it was very annoying to lose my momentum.
I hear you, instead of dealing with five or six lights on a main road by my house, I take the bike bath, which cuts through everything. I always come up on some old hags chatting it up in the middle of the path, and it just so happens that they're deaf, stupid
and blind, so they never move, besides, they think that they fully paid for everything in the world just because they didn't get killed by influenza or whatever. Go chat in traffic, hag. Then there's the kids who take up all 10ft of the path by swerving in and out while their mom sits back and chuckles while I have to navigate my way through the damn penguins.
