Bikes: bianchi pista workhorse, cannondale r1000, mountain bike fixed conversion

ride in one gear the whole time you ride. since you have a road bike, play with it. find one gear you can pedal in and maintain a regular cadence in at all times. then, go a tad bit higher on your fixed gear.
