Look around, outing gear stores like CampMor have things like this. For rain pants (and jacket) My Performance rain suit has lasted 20 years now with a little discreet patching. It is even Acid proof as I found when I spilled battery acid on it. The yellow nylon shell dissolved and the teflon (Goretex) lining shed the acid.
