wheel building peeps: is it much harder to build a wheel with a low spoke count vs one with a more standard #? I've never built a wheelset before, but I'm considering building up a bling track wheelset this fall. Is it stupid for me to build my first wheel with say 20 spokes?

and on a similar note, is it stupid to build a track wheel with a low spoke count?

edit: it appears as though track hubs don't come in anything lower than 28-spoke.
