To me, Cervelo isn't, but to others it is. I guess it's all relative, I had no idea that Cervelo had gotten that popular, maybe I should pay attention more when I ride. I agree that compared to the ones you listed, Cervelo is mainstream. Maybe i'll just edit my initial post
