I sweat profusely, & sweat would be equally as bad as your typical sport drink as far as corrosion would be concerned. After a decent ride my sweat is all over my seat tube BB & rear wheel. I can wipe it off with a wet rag or dribble a hose over to remove it. I have had a couple of badly corroded spoke holes on a rear rim, which I put down to sweat entering & not being washed out. So I am very mindful now of this issue & clean accordingly.
