Just measure.

Place a dot of chalk/Toothpaste/paint on the tire. Position the bike such that the painted dot is just behind the contact patch. Than ride in a straight line. Then measure the distance between the dots left on the pavement. This is the distance you should enter into your cyclo-computer.
