I can understand that; the bike I had was a Gran Winner model, on the fork it said 'Super Stiff Fork'. Things like that endear Koga's to me. Tubing was HM2, but the lugs were kind of crude. All in all very Japanese , excellent paint and finish quality and probably very strong. But in the end more towards scrap metal than collectable bike I'd say. PS: I sold the frame to a guy that broke his Peugeot frame!
