Perfect temps and the promise of a tailwind this evening...
Legs felt weak, though - I don't think I lost any time off my usual ride, but I seemed a little labored on the flats and I felt a lot tireder grinding up the last climb into town than I'm comfortable with.
I had a minor bonk on Wednesday night, after adding about 24 miles of gravel and 6 miles of mtb'ing to my regular 10 mile ride home - and not supporting that with timely eating, so I'm not sure if this is related to that, or not. I'm gonna assume it is, for now.
I've started writing down observations like this and recording what I'm eating daily, just to see if I can spot the correlations.
