On cool days I go through about a frame mount bottle per hour, hot days I take a Camelbak and go through about 70 ounces in 2-3 hours. Plus on hotter days and alonger rides I will go through 16-32 ounces of gateraide. I usuall have either a handelbar bag or a seat bag to carry so much fluid. But then I am a slow long distance rider.
