One of the worst days i've had on the bike was a 110 mile ride, in 100 degree heat, done at a pace that was really too fast for my condition at the time.
All summer long, it's 110 +/- 5 degrees when I start my afternoon rides. At 115 degrees(in the shade) you are sweating profusely, even while resting.
