Come to Asia! I went to buy a pair of pants in Hong Kong once, 29 waist. The guy in the store said, without any trace of irony, "sorry, we don't have any that big anymore"
When I was recently in Canada, I had a hell of a time trying to find pants that fit. Stupid cagers and their large waist sizes!
