I bought a bike 3 weeks ago, and during week 2 I rode 4 times and lost 1.5 pounds. This past week the baby was sick, and I didn't get to ride. Plus our goal is to have our old house totally remodelled by 9-9, and it seems every spare second I have is spent painting.
So...I gained back the weight I lost. My problem is the opposite. I need to fit back into my other clothes, so that I don't have to buy new ones. So, I hope in this way biking actually saves me money.
But I haven't bought any cycling clothes yet, hmmm...
