Ya, but the Record shifters are cheaper than Dura Ace even at retail stores for whatever reason. The rest of the group is more expensive and the crank is through the roof. The OCP part of me couldn't handle not getting a carbon crank if I got Record, so that definately priced it out of my range. I absolutely love the way Campy looks though...
Absolute best case scenario for a Record group is ~$1400 (Chorus ~$1050). My Ultegra group was $650 shipped. I may upgrade some day, but I splurged on the frame, so that's where most of my budget went.
