You just can't expect all sellers to be straight-up honest folks; on the other hand, unless there's an out and out flat lie in the add (one that can't be covered by a qualifier like 'I believe..') then it's the responsibiliity of the buyer to see that he doesn't get cheated. Blue Order dogged this guy down because he could see through the inflated and misleading (but not quite fradulant) listing.
As to the Masi, the seller owns up to the replacement tubes and fork. He even admits that the replacement might have been caused by accident damage. What more do you want?
