Be sure to remove the water bottle cage screws periodically and relube them as they will corrode over time. Sweat and sport drink accelerate the corrosion.

Some day when you wish to remove the screws to change out the water cage, you won't have any problems if you perform this periodic maintenance. If you don't the screw will break off or the insert in the frame will become unbonded to the frame and you won't get the screw out.

Ask me how I know? After two years of use on a Trek 5200 carbon fiber frame I went to change out the water bottle cage. The screw was so corroded to the insert the insert started rotating in the frame tube.
