Lots of turns in the first few miles, and some patches of quick turns, most at stop signs, T's or elbows, but lots of long stretches too. It was a good detailed cue, maybe more detailed that it needed to be.
We stayed together in groups up to the rest stop. I left the stop between groups and ended up mostly solo for the rest of the ride.
Most of the ride was on quiet neighborhood streets. Lots of climbing on short, steep hills. Ride leader admitted that the route was designed to add hills.
