Yup, I live on a cruising route... right across from a stop sign on a slight hill in a semi-rural area. You can imagine the noise. I can hear those ba*tards for over a km.
The house that we were going to pay off and retire in has become a short-term investment that we'll flip when it's financially advantageous. :irritated
