Ask for some very much needed stuff at discount - get some new shorts, tubes, patch kit and some other stuff. When buying a bike they will work with you more if you do it this way. They hear it all the time "so and so has this same thing for this much - I want you to sell it for that!" If you do it right you can walk out of there with over $110 off and not have your LBS think you are just "one of those people"

The internet has changes how LBs have to operate - they are working on slimmer and slimmer margins. Just work with them there and most of all $110 is nothing if it is a place that will really work with you later when you need something replaced, fixed, or new put on. It is better to be on good terms than next time they say "I don't like this guy, I am not going to cut him a deal" I see it and hear about it everyday.
