TassR700 and DrPete (and everyone the *****es about the left side crank arm falling off) - the torque spec for the crank bolt (the one that holds the left side arm on) is 44.1-53.9 Nm or 391-477 in.Lbs That is pretty F---ing tight. and you would need a 3/8" torque wrench like auto mechanics use to measure that (rather than the smaller 1/4" drive units sold for bike repair). The Park TW-2 is a 3/8" drive torque wrench...that sure looks just like my Craftsman. LOL
