I'm on the fence between Ranchos and NCCC, just because of their proximity. You're in RB? Ranchos leaves from the North County Fair. NCCC leaves from Old Restaurant Row in San Marcos.
It seems to me that Ranchos is more race/training oriented, with its members really taking riding and fitness seriously...whereas NCCC is a bit more laid-back and social.
