I'd recommend starting with the SDBC ride. C or B depending on how fast you are. C regroups a bit, and the've lately divided it into a C+, C and C-. You can start there and move up to the B at your leisure. Swami's ride is for hard core hammerheads, and is probably the fastest ride in town, SDBC A ride would be next.
